Our house is one of the landmarks of the Red Cross Square, just like the Red Cross Hospital that sets the tone and the characteristic "Steinernes Paar" fountain created by Klaus Schultze in 1984. It is the heart of the lively district and the scene of the weekly farmer's market, numerous district festivals and, last but not least, the popular Neuhauser Christkindlmarkt.

In recent years, Neuhausen has developed into one of the most popular residential areas in the city. But it's not just good living here. With numerous cafés (including two of the most popular ice cream parlors in Munich), restaurants and a wide range of shopping opportunities as well as the proximity to Nymphenburg Palace and the villa colony Gern, charming Neuhausen offers an above-average quality of life.


 

HOW TO FIND US

 
Not far from the Mittlerer Ring and therefore very conveniently located, Rotkreuzplatz has been an important hub for decades. It has excellent public transport connections: underground lines U1 and U7, tram line 12 and metro buses 53, 62, 63 and 144 stop here. Night bus N43/N44 runs here at night. There is also a taxi stand in the immediate vicinity.
